This GDR M4+ (Walter & Ulrich Diessner, Ruediger Kunze, Andreas Schulz, cox Wolfgang Gross) was world champion in 1974 and won the silver medal at the WRC at Nottingham 1975 and - with Joannes Thomas as cox - at the OG Montreal 1976. Later on the Diessner brothers won Olympic gold at the OG at Moscow 1980 in the M4+ event. |
